Catalyst Refund and Withdraw Policy

Please note that email is the way to go for any withdrawals our online system is not quite ready for that magic yet!
Missed/Cancelled Classes:
- If your little gymnast misses a class for any reason, whether it's a swanky vacation or a bout of the sniffles, we apologize, but we can't offer refunds, credits, or extra classes to make up for it.
- If classes get canceled due to wacky weather or power gremlins, we're really sorry, but no refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be in the cards.
- The class fee you paid is already adjusted to skip over any classes canceled by Catalyst Gymnastics, like long weekends or when we host epic gymnastics showdowns. You won't be billed for those classes.
Recreational Classes:
- Dropping out 24 hours before the session kicks off? You can get a full refund minus a $10 admin fee or opt for a credit without the fee.
- Change your mind after the first 3 classes? You'll get a refund for the remaining classes with a $10 admin fee (or stash it as credit without the fee).
- Exiting after 3 classes? No refunds, and that Gymnastics Ontario fee is here to stay.
- Want to switch classes? As long as we've got space, it's on the house.
- Remember, all refunds come with a $10 admin fee, even when we're refunding credits.
