Catalyst Withdraw and Refund Policy

Please note that email is the way to go for any withdrawals; our online system is not quite ready for that magic yet!
Missed/Cancelled Classes:
- If your little gymnast misses a class for any reason, whether it's a swanky vacation or a bout of the sniffles, we don't offer refunds, credits, or extra classes to make up for it.
- If classes get canceled due to wacky weather or power gremlins, we're really sorry, but no refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be in the cards.
- The class fee you paid is already adjusted to skip over any classes canceled by Catalyst Gymnastics, i.e.: holidays, long weekends, or when we host epic gymnastics showdowns. You won't be billed for those classes.
Recreational Classes:
- Dropping out 24 hours before the session kicks off? You can get a full refund minus a $10 admin fee or opt for a credit without the fee.
- Change your mind after the first 3 classes? You'll get a refund for the remaining classes with a $10 admin fee (or stash it as credit without the fee).
- Exiting after 3 classes? No refunds, and that Gymnastics Ontario fee is here to stay.
- Want to switch classes? As long as we've got space, it's on the house.
- Remember, all refunds come with a $10 admin fee, even when we're refunding credits.
